We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from inception through completion. This position involves a balance of office and field work, managing geotechnical and general construction activities.
The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and proficiency with construction management software. Success in this role requires excellent planning, communication, and time-management abilities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, within budget, and according to established quality standards. This position works closely with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop detailed project schedules and coordinate resources to optimize productivity.
- Plan and coordinate all project activities, including collaboration with engineers, contractors, vendors, and field teams.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure safety compliance.
- Prepare and manage construction estimates, budgets, and cost forecasts.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking, scheduling, and documentation.
- Use tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and Adobe Acrobat for reporting and project documentation.
- Oversee material planning and ordering for job sites.
- Travel is required; a vehicle allowance is provided.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project Manager role within the construction industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Proven experience managing construction projects, preferably including geotechnical or specialized foundation work.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical abilities, particularly in estimating and budgeting.
- Effective leadership skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and compliance is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on project needs.

Salary: $75,000 to $100,000 annually - Vehicle allowance in addition to base salary
Location: Tampa, FL 33624 (Onsite- must be able to travel throughout Florida)
